There is a small, small aquarium in the Tokyo Tower, actually.
You may not find it because in the first place you will never thought about going aquarium while you are at Tokyo Tower.
However, I don’ t know why but there is also an aquarium at SKY TREE….
Anyways, this samll aquarium could be the hiding place from the commotion. And there are not so many people even on weekends. Good place to take your kids or kill time!

One of Tokyo’s biggest sightseeing spots.
In up town area (Kamiya-cho station, close to Roppongi*
), about 15min from Akihabara station by Hibiya line (Tokyo Metro).
Now it has been taken place its role by new “Sky tree” in Asakusa area, there are still many fans. I personally think Tokyo Tower is more romantic and peacefull thatn new ones.
Good points : Not sooo many people, conpact but beautiful, location is nice (up town Tokyo)
If you have 30min, it’s enough!! Still it’s worth to visit!

Peaceful moment in busy Akihabara today.
Q 1: How many people are using Akihabara station in a one day?
Answer: about 121,292 people (2016)
Q2: How many people do live in Akihabara erea?
Answer: only about 1,918 people, 998 families. (though this was back in 2010)
—That means, sooooo many people work at Akihabara, also come to enjoy Akihabara, but not many people live here. You know, this area is full of building, building, building, office and retail stores and small shops and a few apartments.
Q3: Is Akihabara name of county or what?
Answer: It is the name of the train station and when local people says “Akihabara”, we just mean the whole area that can be reachable from Akihabara station on foot, commonly.
So we refer “Akihabara” by precise address, following address and wards fits.
